Register early for discount pricing!
- Check-in begins at 12:00 pm on Thursday, August 13. Please arrive and check in between 12:00–4:00 pm, and be sure to bring a photo ID.
- The event concludes at 12:00 pm on Sunday, August 16. All attendees must be off the campsite by 2:00 pm.
- Anyone under 18 must attend Harvest Gathering with a responsible adult. Children under 13 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- If you must cancel your registration, Harvest Gathering will refund what you paid minus a $30.00 fee up to June 30, 2026. After June 30, 2026, no refund will be issued.
- If you choose to go on a payment plan, please note that there are multiple rounds of ticket pricing. If you would like to take advantage of early-pricing while using the payment plan, you must pay for your ticket in full before the next round of ticket pricing. If you have a balance and the next round of pricing begins, your ticket price will go up accordingly.
- Payment Plans are not refundable.
- ALL Payment Balances are due August 1st 2026
