How much is it to attend Harvest Gathering?  Prices will vary depending upon which options you choose. But, you can get early bird pricing January 2-June 22. Go to the registration page for more information. CLICK HERE

Do you offer day passes?  Yes, we offer day passes for the Saturday of the event.

Do you offer scholarships?  Yes, we offer full and partial scholarship for those who need financial assistance in order to attend Harvest Gathering. For more info, CLICK HERE

Can I park my car near my cabin or my tent? Depending on where your cabin or tent is, we do allow cars on property. See the Staff member at the CWPN tent for more details as you check in. Cars are allowed to stay on site as long as they are not moved during the event without express permission from CWPN.

Do I have to stay at the camp? No, you may leave the camp ground as needed. Although we encourage attendees to stay on the premises for the best event experience. If you plan to leave camp during the event, your car must be parking in the outside lot and you will not be able to park in camp near your cabin or tent.

I don’t have transportation, how can I get to the event?  We suggest joining our Facebook event page. You can put a post there to see if anyone is coming from your area and if they would be willing to car pool with you.  You can also contact Greyhound or Metro North to see if there is service from where you live to Orange, Connecticut.

I’m on a special diet, what is the food plan? The food plan has a variety of delicious vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options in addition to omnivorous foods. We do recommend that if you have special dietary needs or have food allergies to bring your own food. 

What does the meal plan include? The meal plan includes dinner on Thursday night through breakfast on Sunday morning. (8 meals total) Each meal incudes an entree, sides, dessert, and a beverage. Coffee is free to everyone all weekend and water jugs are placed around camp to keep everyone hydrated. CLICK HERE to see the menu.

Is there food being sold at HG? Not other than our catered meal plan which must be purchased by August 1, 2024.

Can I bring my grill from home? The camp allows portable gas camp stoves and has stone barbeque grills sprinkled around the camp for your use. The camp does not provide charcoal or gas. Please do not bring fire wood from out of state or cut any trees at camp for fires.

Is there anywhere nearby if I need food and/or supplies? There are a number of stores within 5 minute drive from camp. Please make sure that all food and supplies you require are obtained prior to arrival at the camp ground unless you are parking in the outside lot.

Does HG sell ice? No, but the camp has an available ice machine. You can speak to the kitchen staff members for details.

How can I recognize who is on staff?  All staff will be wearing identification throughout the weekend. There are staff members at the CWPN and Registration table during the day as well.

Can we use our cell phones at HG?  We know it’s hard to get away from the cell phones, but we discourage using them during classes and meals. You will be asked to turn off your cell phone for rituals.

Can I pay with a check or credit card for items I buy from merchants?  That’s entirely up to the individual merchant, but we recommend bringing cash for your purchases.

Is the campground handicap accessible? The site itself is not handicap friendly. If you require the use of a wheelchair or other walking assistance equipment, there may be some mobility issues with the terrain and some of the class/workshops locations.

Can I bring my pets? No, we ask that you leave your fur family at home unless they are a registered service animal. 

How can I get updated information or see who else is planning on going? Join our Facebook event page! Find friends, invite friends. If you are not on Facebook, come out to some of the CWPN events, many times updates and discussion about HG happens there.

What should I bring? Here’s a list of items you may want to pack:

  • Photo I.D.
  • Bed linens, blankets, sleeping bag, pillows
  • Tent, tarps, easy-up
  • Camp stove, and/or charcoal for grills
  • Coolers and ice
  • Garbage bags (please take your garbage with you when you leave)
  • Flashlight and extra batteries
  • Camp chairs
  • Clothing for 4 days
  • Ritual and festive clothing
  • Rain gear
  • Sunglasses
  • Good walking shoes – for rough terrain
  • Personal toiletry items
  • Towels and Wash cloths
  • Prescribed medications
  • Over the counter medications
  • Sun block
  • Bug spray
  • First Aid kit
  • Ear plugs
  • Water bottle, coffee mug, and additional snacks
  • Reusable dinner ware and utensils (there is a wash station)
  • Children’s supplies
  • Portable altar
  • Drums, rattles, shakers, etc.
  • Notebook and a writing instrument
  • Money for shopping at the Merchant Circle
  • An item to charge on the Ancestral Altar (please remember to take this home with you. CWPN is not responsible for items left on altar)
