The CWPN is organized by an all volunteer Board of Directors, the core of which is the Executive Board, who are elected each year amongst our membership.
It is time to begin our election season by collecting nominations from our members!

Who can send in nomination candidates?
Any CWPN member!

Who is eligible to be nominated?
Any CWPN member who has held their membership in good standing for at least 6 months.
What are the CWPN elected executive positions?
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
How do I submit a nomination?
Email your nomination to president@CWPN.org
Can I nominate myself?
Yes!
When will we know who was nominated?
On May 15th nominated candidates will be announced
When is the full election?
The full election will take place at Harvest Gathering in August!
Who can vote?
CWPN members with… Deluxe Memberships (1 vote per individual), Merchant Memberships (1 vote per store), Family Memberships (1 vote per family), and Coven/Group Memberships (1 vote per coven/group)
Can I vote ahead of time, or electronically?
Yes! You will be able to vote remotely by emailing your vote president@cwpn.org.
Is this the only way to get on the Board of Directors?
NO! The board also has appointed directors! If you would like to join the board or one of our subcommittees, email president@cwpn.org to let us know!
